Please enter your Net ID in lowercase letters and check that your password is correct. If you have forgotten your password, follow the below instructions to reset your password.
Navigate to the NU Validate log in page https://northwestern.edu/login
Enter your Net ID and leave the Password field blank.
Click the Forgot Your Password button.
Answer two of your security questions.
Follow password change prompts and click Change Password.
