Activation Code Not Working

Solution

Activation code is case-sensitive. They are a combination of all lower-case letters and numbers. Once your activation code is accepted, you must answer four security questions from a limited set of choices. You will not be able to proceed to password change without it.

If your activation code has expired, submit a ticket to the OLLI helpdesk to request a new activation code.
