Authenticated Users
Below are instructions for removing Authenticated Users.

Enter your Net ID and Net ID Password
Choose the course you will create a new Zoom meeting for.
Select the Zoom Button from the Left Menu.
Schedule A New Meeting. Schedule the meeting as instructed by the OLLI office. Do not select Recurring meeting.
Meeting Options: Select Enable join before Host. If Only authenticated users can join is selected, please uncheck this option. Click Save.
After saving your meeting you will be taken to the zoom management screen where you can preview your meeting. Under Meeting Options, Authenticated Users will be automatically turned on.
Select Edit this Meeting.
Uncheck Only authenticated users can join. Click Save.
Repeat these steps for all remaining Meetings.
